'A Dish Best Served Cold' may imply a good show about revenge or an opportunity for a “good guy” to come back and take the title he deserves.
Family-friendly pro-wrestling action, Bayou Independent Wrestling, is coming to West Monroe on Saturday, March 16, 2019. The old school southern style pro wrestling will be bringing some of the best wrestlers from Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Among those coming, Ring Warrior Cassidy Riley, West Monroe local, and Deep South Heritage Champion Barrett Brown, a fan favorite, are ranked among the Top 10 of the current standings. You’ll also get a first glance at Chandler Hopkins, who will be debuting at the event. Other contenders include Southern Champion Vordell Walker, Number One contender Steve Anthony, The King Rob Love, the amazing Danny Chance, Titan, Frankie Thomas With Brittany, Bam Bam Malone, Terrale Tempo, and Moonshine Mantell.
Chops and shots to the back are very real; however, no foul language will be expressed from the pros. Several of the wrestlers also have families and full-time careers outside of wrestling.
Bayou Independent Wrestling creates a very interactive experience where families can create fun memories. Compared to other larger wrestling events, this special event is more personal as the wrestlers entertain in a ring close to everyone’s seats and interact with the audience during the show. During the intermission, the audience is able to visit with wrestlers and obtain autographs and photos (no special VIP Tickets needed!).

Tickets are $10 in advance at Coldwell Banker, 2120 Cypress Street, West Monroe, and at the West Monroe Convention Center Box Office. Tickets will be $15 at door.
The doors open at 7 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm.
