Lady Chops is Returning to the Library this Summer

DRUMROLL PLEASE! Back by popular demand, LadyChops will be drumming her way through Ouachita Parish this summer!

  • Ouachita Valley Branch: 10 a.m. June 18

  • Louise Williams Branch: 2 p.m. June 19
  • Carver-McDonald Branch: 10 a.m. June 20
  • West Monroe Branch: 2 p.m. June 20
  • Sterlington Memorial Branch: 10 a.m. June 21
  • Anna Meyer Branch: 2 p.m. June 21

Elizabeth Vidos, also known as Lady Chops, will bring her high energy percussion show with hands-on experiences for the kids from June 17-21 this summer at the Ouachita Parish Public Library. She is a talented percussionist whose past work includes performing in the hit show "STOMP." Her program titled "Drum Roll Please" is energetic, interactive and fun for all ages as she incorporates over 15 different instruments including buckets, body percussion, and the Cajun rubboard.

Like all library programs, this show is free to the public.
