Watermelon Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 seedless watermelon, chopped into small chunks
- 1 red onion chopped
- 5 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup chopped basil
- Lime juice to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve immediately, with chips! Make your watermelon salsa even more of a standout by using the hollowed out watermelon as your "bowl."
