These donuts are so popular that they are often sold out within minutes of the Sunday GO LIVE PRE-ORDER event. (Every Sunday at 4:00 pm)

Christina's sourdough process involves a long fermentation period that allows the dough to develop its unique flavor, texture, and digestibility. She uses only high-quality, organic ingredients and avoids additives and preservatives, which ensures that her products are healthy and delicious.
Orders for Scratch BAKEHOUSE can only be placed on Sundays at 4 pm. The baked goods can be picked up on Tuesdays through Thursdays, but the incredible donuts, known as Italian Bombolonis, are only available for pickup on Fridays. This limited availability adds to the excitement and anticipation of trying these delectable treats.

What is Sourdough?
Sourdough goes back to about 1500 BC. It's the oldest form of leavened bread. It will be different from all your store-bought, commercially-made bread (yes, even those labeled "sourdough"), because it's naturally, slowly fermented.
This slow process allows the yeast to break down carbohydrates and gluten found in flour. This creates low levels of gluten - decreased by up to 97%! - and easier digestion (hello gut health!). Commercial bread uses additives, chemicals, and short proofing times which contribute to the litany of health issues surrounding wheat intolerance.
The lactic acid found in sourdough also helps decrease the levels of phytic acid in bread (phytic acid inhibits the absorption of nutrients). So, our bodies are able to absorb the actual good vitamins and minerals found in wheat!
