We are thrilled to announce the launch of THE BIG OP, a fantastic new opportunity provided by Ouachita 4-H! This initiative is perfect for families whose children don't have access to 4-H programs in their public schools. The BIG OP allows kids aged 9-19, who either live or attend school in Ouachita Parish, to experience the incredible benefits of 4-H through routine meetings at Ouachita 4-H located at Cypress St., West Monroe, LA.

This club serves as a welcoming meeting place for students without a school-based 4-H club or those unable to attend their scheduled meetings. It's an excellent way for your child to be part of a vibrant community and enjoy the camaraderie and activities that 4-H is known for. They also offer a special homeschool club meeting for those who prefer a more tailored experience.

Our regular meetings will be held at the 4-H office, except for November and January, when they embark on exciting local field trips. Stay tuned for updates on these special outings!

Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity for your child to grow, learn, and connect with peers. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to email Ouachita 4-H at bcorona@agcenter.lsu.edu.

They look forward to welcoming your child to The BIG OP and the Ouachita 4-H family!
