The Children’s Museum of Northeast Louisiana is an invaluable resource for our community. Providing children with an opportunity to learn through play in a fun and interactive environment. This incredible museum has touched the lives of countless children, sparking curiosity and creativity while nurturing early childhood development. As they gear up to kick off their annual Easter Village, let’s come together and celebrate all they do by participating in this EGGSciting event, visiting the museum throughout the year (open on Sundays), and contributing to their relocation efforts, "Let's Get Moving" to Forsythe Park.
THE SCOOP ON EASTER VILLAGE (TICKET LINK COMING SOON!)
Spring is on the way, and the Northeast Louisiana Children's Museum is all set to make this Easter extra special with its Easter Village event! From April 9th to the 19th, families are invited to join the festivities at 323 Walnut Street in Monroe, Louisiana.
This year, the fun is packed with cookie decorating, make-and-take STEM crafts, and much more. Activities are included with a $12 per person admission fee (ages 2 and up). Tickets can be purchased at the door, making it easy for families to join in on the excitement.
But wait, there’s more! Mark your calendars for special events that will make this Easter unforgettable: (These tickets are $18.00 and need to be purchased in advance because spots are limited, ticket link coming soon!)
- April 11th at 6 p.m.: Join CA Studios will be in the house with Mother Goose for our annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Dinner Theater. Reservations will be available on the website, with a link coming soon.
- April 12th: Easter Bunny Hops In for the annual Bunny and Me Breakfast from 9 to 10:30 a.m., with the Bunny staying at the museum until 5 p.m.
- April 13th, 18th, and 19th: The Easter Bunny will be back for more photo ops and fun from 1 to 5 p.m. (April 13th) 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (April 18th) and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (April 19th).
