The Ouachita Parish Livestock Show Team is a new initiative put forth by the Ouachita Livestock Advisory Council in 2023. This partnership of both 4-H and FFA Chapters has grown exponentially since 2023, currently with over 50 youth showing over 200 animals.
But it’s not just about bidding and having fun—this event is all about the kids. Every dollar raised through the auction goes directly to the young members of the Ouachita Livestock Show Team. The funds will help support their awards and scholarships, ensuring they have the resources to succeed and grow in their future endeavors. It’s a chance for the community to come together and invest in the potential of our youth. They are our future!
