The City of West Monroe is now accepting applications for its Make a Difference (MAD) Grant Housing Programs — and these funds are specifically for purchasing or repairing homes located within the City of West Monroe.
💛 What Kind of Help Are We Talking About?
There are two incredible programs available right now:
🔨 Homeowner Rehabilitation Program
Eligible homeowners can receive up to $20,000 to make essential repairs — improving safety, livability, and bringing homes up to code.
🏠 Homebuyer Assistance Program
First-time homebuyers can get up to $25,000 toward a down payment on a home right here in West Monroe.
