The art of dance extends beyond mere movement. There are direct correlations linking arts training to superior academic skills in math and reading and enhanced socialization skills such as communication and creative problem-solving. It fuses all of the arts - combining music, dance, design, and drama. The child who is fortunate enough to study dance will find their life enriched by this experience.

Education and appreciation of the Performing Arts are a vital part of Society. Emotional Creativity leads to Empathy and Compassion. We want to instill a lifelong passion for the Arts in our students giving them the foundation to make a positive impact in their community.

BRITTANY BOURG, Assistant Director

Brittany has been part of the studio family since the day she was born, the daughter of Mrs. Debbie, it was in her blood. She danced for 20 years and was a Debbie Bourg Dancer for 15 of those years. She was also a part of our first team to ever bring home a National Championship Title!! After teaching dance for over 6 years, she later graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a degree in Marketing before coming back to join the business side of the studio. She brings her love of people and creativity to the dance family. You can now find her with her hands in a little bit of everything around the studio, as she is the brains behind most operations on a daily basis. If you ever need an answer to anything, our ongoing phrase is..."Ask Brittany"!
