Here at QuesTECH Learning, we concentrate on each learner's individual educational needs. Some of our learners have been identified as having particular learning challenges, while some have found that they simply do not excel in a traditional school setting. We are a safe haven for many learners who had not formerly found a place where they thrive.
QuesTECH Learning is not a special education school, although we do have several faculty and administration certified in special education. Our learners are typical with average to above-average intelligence. We meet them where they are academically, socially, and emotionally. Our class sizes are small. Our goal is for every student to achieve academic success that produces a positive self-image translating into a lifelong love for learning.
Specializing in serving transitional learners or those who wish to reach their full potential, QuesTECH Learning provides custom-designed curricula and extensive educational therapy for those who face educational challenges. Learners are grouped according to abilities in math and language arts; at any time during the school year, learners may change group placement to address their specific, individual academic needs. Placement changes based on learner performance are made with teacher recommendations and notification of parents. Learners work in small groups or on a one-on-one basis, depending on student needs. QuesTECH Learning excels in student remediation and advancement so that learners may become the best version of themselves.
QuesTECH Learning is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization governed by a board of directors. QuesTECH Learning has a twenty-six-year history of excellence, is accredited by COGNIA, and is approved by the Louisiana Department of Education for the Louisiana Scholarship Program as well as the Tuition Donation Rebate Program (Arete Scholars and Ace Scholarships). We have been recognized with a Wellspot Level 3 designation through the Louisiana Department of Health.

ACT Preparation
QuesTECH Learning has been helping prepare learners for the ACT for twenty years. Three options are available:
- ACT Student Workshops - In-class ACT Student Workshops have proven effective in improving student ACT scores. More info HERE.
- ACT Virtual Preparation - Online video series takes our proven ACT Student Workshops right to each student’s own computer. More info HERE.
- ACT Teacher In-Service - Proven ACT methods provided to teachers through in-service format. More info HERE.
QuesTECH Higher Learning
Higher Learning is our blended learning program for high school-age learners. Blended learning is an innovative approach that provides learners with an online curriculum combined with live instruction, tutoring, and support. While some students choose to complete their QTHL education from home, most students come to our facility for the advantage and opportunities that the live setting affords them. Working with our curriculum provider Schools PLP, we are able to offer a course catalog with hundreds of options in both traditional high school as well as career-focused offerings. We know that our greatest value at QTHL comes from our willingness to “think outside the box” and formulate educational solutions which are ideal for each learner. If your child feels lost, overwhelmed, or underachieving in a traditional educational setting, we encourage you to call or visit us at your convenience. QuesTECH Higher Learning may be able to develop a plan that is perfect for your learner.
QTL Tutoring
QTL also provides afterschool one-on-one tutorials for our learners as well as other area students. Programs we offer include: 1:1 Tutoring, Jump Start Groups, Orton-Gillingham Sessions, Speed Reader, Credit Recovery, and Makerspace Workshops. Test preparation for ACT, SAT, GMAT, GEE, ASVAB, and LA Department of Education's assessment is also available via individual or small group tutoring and instruction.
We tutor during the school year, Monday-Thursday 3 pm-7 pm, and during the summer, Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm.

Makerspace - Summer Workshop
Students will experiment, create, and learn by making brush bot warriors, scribble machines, balloon hovercrafts, holograms, and mazes. PVC organs, 3D designs, Bluetooth-enabled robots, recyclable inventions, paper circuits, and more.
Kindness in the Park
Join us for #KindnessinthePark on May 6, 2023! When we’ll declare the first Saturday in May as Monroe’s official Kindness Day. We believe in the importance of #kindnessNOW and what better way to celebrate than with friends and family in the park? There will be vendors, food, a hot air balloon, and so much more!
