At 4-H, we believe that every child has the potential to thrive, and we work tirelessly to create opportunities for them to do so. Our programs help youth develop important life skills such as leadership, communication, and critical thinking. We also encourage them to explore their interests and passions, whether that be in agriculture, STEM, or the arts.

Over the years, we've seen countless success stories from our 4-H members. We've watched shy and reserved individuals become confident leaders unafraid to speak their minds. We've witnessed young people discover new talents and passions that they never knew they had. And we've seen firsthand how 4-H has helped our members develop into responsible, engaged citizens who are committed to making a positive difference in their communities. Learn more about becoming a 4-H member.

Louisiana 4-H is the largest youth development program with clubs and groups in all sixty-four parishes. From food, fitness, and fashion to
