JAC’s Craft Smokehouse started in 2005 as a sauce and seasoning company and has grown into a full-service craft restaurant. We feel called to serve people with our food and bless them with the meals they eat at our restaurant. Our passion is good food eaten around the table with family and friends. To that end, we make all our sauces and seasonings in-house with high-quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship and masterfully enhance all our proteins with smoke and fire.
In October 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Owners Tracy and Kristi Carter decided to make their dream of owning a restaurant a reality, sold their food truck, and moved into 401 Trenton in West Monroe. The thriving Downtown Area proved the perfect, supportive home for this little craft restaurant. JAC’s looks forward to many collaborations and festivals, with live music to brighten the streets of Antique Alley.
While a smokehouse might be a unique concept for Northeast Louisiana, every customer we serve walks out knowing a bit more about smoked barbecue–and how much they like it! We’re known for our friendly, knowledgeable staff and attentiveness to make sure all our customers leave us full and satisfied!
