Camp Ch-Yo-Ca is a non-denominational Christian summer camp located in Calhoun, LA. For over 50 years, thousands of campers have come to Christ and made life-long friends through their experiences at camp. They provide Day Camps, Overnight Camps, and Sportsman Camps

Indian Village Horse Camp is for children 7 and up, no experience required. There will be a special guest at this year's June 3rd - 6th, and June 10th - 13th camps! Our special guest for horse camp is Author Jill Leonard! She is going to be coming to horse camp to do a reading of her book about Josie Conner- a world champion breakaway roper. Jill is an internationally and best selling author and has traveled all over the country to do readings and we are so excited that she is coming to BOTH horse camps right here in Calhoun!

In addition to Zoo Summer Camp, we are a full zoo with lions, tigers, and bears as well as many other animals from around the world. We have zebra, bison, elk, baboons, gibbons, and many other animals from around the world. We have a large number of birds and a reptile house too! We have about 400 animals of about 200 species. We also have 27 acres of landscaped grounds with many interesting plants, a walk-through greenhouse, and lots for the kids to do including our Zoo Oasis Splash Pad.
